NovaRain 5e0e8dd2f1 Added MoreTiles option to ddraw.ini. ...

Changed MoreTiles to work independently of HRP 4.1.8 and removed the redundant define.
Added sfall log messages to both options in Tiles.cpp.
Implemented HookCalls in TimeLimitPatch().
Fixed a minor typo in function notes.txt.
