Mike Klaasandgithub-actions[bot] 41dd2ccd81 Implement all remaining sfall string functions (#184) 
Implement string_to_case, and add comments for missing metarules/opcodes
    string_find
    string_compare
    charcode

This should complete all string functions listed here that aren't deprecated.
