fix GC JPN dol splits / d_a_npc_prayer mostly done (#2488)

* jmessage cleanup pass

* more JMessage cleanup

* d_msg_class cleanup

* fix a bunch of gc jpn dol splits

* d_a_npc_prayer pretty much equivalent
