Lawrence Velázquez 979aab7303 select-1.0: Rebuild clients affected by https://trac.macports.org/ticket/47849 
In https://trac.macports.org/changeset/136723, I introduced a bug into select-1.0 (since fixed in https://trac.macports.org/changeset/136794)
that caused client ports to execute their post-destroot, pre/post-install,
and pre/post-activate scripts with an incorrect `name`. Some of these
failures were fatal, but others were silent and produced subtly broken
installations, which need to be fixed with a revbump.

Leo Singer f07adf4b4c py-bpython: remove Python 2.5 subport, add Python 3.1 subport 
* bpython now uses 'with' statements, so Python 2.5 is no longer supported.
 * added dependencies for building manpages and internationalization.
 * bpython_select now works for all subports.

Blair Zajac 66204e44a8 py-* using python-1.0.tcl: follow up to https://trac.macports.org/changeset/96718: do not rename binaries. 
ython-1.0.tcl: in https://trac.macports.org/changeset/96718 renames ${prefix}/bin/* for Python 2.{4,5} so
there's no need for ports to do it.  For ports that don't want the
binaries renamed, set 'python.move_binaries' to 'no'.
