Chris Lattner c3b70f636f strength reduce MMI::MappedLabel to MMI::isLabelDeleted, 
and add a FIXME about how we are eventually going to zap this
lookup table once mc world domination is complete.

Jim Grosbach 54c0530834 Update of 94055 to track the IR level call site information via an intrinsic. 
This allows code gen and the exception table writer to cooperate to make sure
landing pads are associated with the correct invoke locations.

Devang Patel 2904aa9f6e "Attach debug info with llvm instructions" mode was enabled a month ago. Now make it permanent and remove old way of inserting intrinsics to encode debug info for line number and scopes.

Torok Edwin fbcc663cbf llvm_unreachable->llvm_unreachable(0), LLVM_UNREACHABLE->llvm_unreachable. 
This adds location info for all llvm_unreachable calls (which is a macro now) in
!NDEBUG builds.
In NDEBUG builds location info and the message is off (it only prints
"UREACHABLE executed").

Torok Edwin 56d0659726 assert(0) -> LLVM_UNREACHABLE. 
Make llvm_unreachable take an optional string, thus moving the cerr<< out of
line.
LLVM_UNREACHABLE is now a simple wrapper that makes the message go away for
NDEBUG builds.

Devang Patel 61b35cd15e DebugLabelFolder ruthlessly deletes redundant labels. However, sometimes the redundant labels is referenced by debug info somewhere else. This patch provies a way so that dwarf writer can mark labels as used.
