Xiang (Sean) ZhouandCopybara-Service a77d68964a feat: Add an to_a2a util to convert adk agent to A2A ASGI application 
Users can do :
```
a2a_app = to_a2a(root_agent)
```
then use below command to start a2a server:
```
uvicorn user_module:a2a_app --host localhost --port 8000
```
