Flavio Ceolin df4be07b26 kernel: mmu: Fix Xtensa memory alignment issue ...

z_page_frame can't be packed on Xtensa due memory alignment
constraints. When this is struct is packed it is 5 bytes long it will
cause an memory alignment problem on Xtensa.
