Daniel Leung f05111dea0 kernel: rename Z_KERNEL_STACK_LEN to K_KERNEL_STACK_LEN ...

Since there is a K_THREAD_STACK_LEN, its kernel counterpart
should also be prefixed with K_ for consistency.
