Henrik Brix Andersen 36249451ba drivers: rtc: update the RTC menuconfig title to unified format 
Update the RTC driver menuconfig title to match the unified format
introduced in c41dd36de2.

Move the RTC driver menuconfig entry so the menuconfig list is still
(mostly) alphabetically sorted.
