Until now iterable sections APIs have been part of the toolchain
(common) headers. They are not strictly related to a toolchain, they
just rely on linker providing support for sections. Most files relied on
indirect includes to access the API, now, it is included as needed.

This change to the shell API enables the user to retrieve the
return code of the most recently run shell command. This is
useful both for users wanting specific information beyond the print
statements in a command, but especially for automated users
that prefer a simple return code to parsing human readable text.
This was tested using all default shell commands, as well as
eeprom, flash, and i2c, where specific errors could be forced.
In all cases, the correct return value was returned by the new
retval command.

MISRA Rule 5.7 requires uniqueness of tag identifiers. Shell is
frequently problematic because many code uses `const struct shell
*shell`. This causes CI noise every time one of these shell files is
edited, so let's update all of them with `const struct shell *sh`
instead.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all subsystems code to
the new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted,

The print specifier for `atomic_t` should be updated
to `%ld`, `%lu`, or `%lx` to account for the type
change of `atomic_t` to `long`.

without terminal emulation in order to avoid a lot of garbage
ASCII characters in shell output.

The help command is needed to list all available commands
when it is not possible to use the tab key.
Previously when build-in commands were deactivated command
help was not compiled as well.

To get a list of all supported shell commands user must hit the TAB
button. It may be awkward on some terminal emulators. This change
enhances the help command in a way it will in addition print all
supported commands.

The definition of the help command has been changed
so that it does not accept the arguments.
Thanks to this it cannot be marked by the "select" command.

Default values were fixed in the code. Moved to Kconfig to allow
customized configuration. Custom configuration may be used to prevent
line breaking injected on terminal width.

Added special flag that can be used to indicate that optional
arguments are passed without any parsing (e.g. quotation marks
removal). Modified execute command to parse command line buffer
argument by argument.
After this change it is possible to forward whole command to
command handler (using select).

makes Zephyr shell even more familiar to play with.
