acpica-tools needed to be updated from 20190509-6 to 20190509-7 due to package availability but the newer tool depends on a newer libc that is not present in Ubuntu 18.04. Update Ubuntu instead to fix both issues since Ubuntu now has acpica-tools included in its repositories Signed-off-by: Atharva Lele <atharva.lele@intel.com>
