Cosmetic: Convert LF to CRLF

This will fully support PatchCheck.py.
- Remove all trailing whitespace
- Convert LF to CRLF by default
- Update EFI_D_* to DEBUG_*
- Re-enable CRLF check in PatchCheck.py
