Filip Gołaś 85fd344f48 ubuntu&fedora: add grub recordfail timeout to prevent it hanging there ...

When some kind of issue with booting the OS occurs,
GRUB will *record* the *fail* and enter recordfail mode
where by default there is no grub timeout
and the OS will never boot without intervention
and selecting the boot option
