Steven Rostedt 2939b0469d tracing: replace TP<var> with TP_<var> ...

Impact: clean up

The macros TPPROTO, TPARGS, TPFMT, TPRAWFMT, and TPCMD all look a bit
ugly. This patch adds an underscore to their names.
