Mike Rapoport 31ab3ffb2b [ARM] 5066/2: EM-X270: Fix DM9000 IRQ flags initialisation ...

Add the IORESOURCE_IRQ_HIGHEDGE to the DM9000 IRQ resource
to stop the driver itself complaining it was not given
any flags to use.
