Amireddy mallikarjuna reddy cfebcd53e6 USB: serial: ftdi_sio: add support for HP and HA devices 
Add the product IDs for the USB-to-Serial devices FT2233HP, FT2232HP,
FT4233HP, FT4232HP, FT233HP, FT232HP, and FT4232HA.
Also include BCD values so that the chip type can be determined.
