Yajun Deng 01757f536a net: Use nlmsg_unicast() instead of netlink_unicast() ...

It has 'if (err >0 )' statement in nlmsg_unicast(), so use nlmsg_unicast()
instead of netlink_unicast(), this looks more concise.
