Heiner Kallweit 46ad057245 sysfs: Add helper BIN_ATTRIBUTE_GROUPS ...

New helper BIN_ATTRIBUTE_GROUPS() does the same as ATTRIBUTE_GROUPS(),
just for binary attributes.
