Keith Owens 41290c1464 [PATCH] Export pcibios_bus_to_resource ...

pcibios_bus_to_resource is exported on all architectures except ia64
and sparc.  Add exports for the two missing architectures.  Needed when
Yenta socket support is compiled as a module.
