Alice Ryhl 5bcc8bfe84 rust: miscdevice: add fops->show_fdinfo() hook ...

File descriptors should generally provide a fops->show_fdinfo() hook for
debugging purposes. Thus, add such a hook to the miscdevice
abstractions.
