Kuninori Morimoto d7a00ec1a8 usb: gadget: renesas_usbhs: bugfix: set DATA0 when usbhsh_endpoint_alloc() ...

new endpoint should start from DATA0,
but mod_host didn't care it.
This patch fix it.
