Pull x32 support for x86-64 from Ingo Molnar:
"This tree introduces the X32 binary format and execution mode for x86:
32-bit data space binaries using 64-bit instructions and 64-bit kernel
syscalls.
This allows applications whose working set fits into a 32 bits address
space to make use of 64-bit instructions while using a 32-bit address
space with shorter pointers, more compressed data structures, etc."

Fix up fairly trivial conflicts in drivers/isdn/gigaset/interface.c and
drivers/net/usb/{Kconfig,qmi_wwan.c} as per David.
This is useful for testing RX handling of frames with bad
CRCs.
Requires driver support to actually put the packet on the
wire properly.

This one specifies where to start MSG_PEEK-ing queue data from. When
set to negative value means that MSG_PEEK works as ususally -- peeks
from the head of the queue always.
When some bytes are peeked from queue and the peeking offset is non
negative it is moved forward so that the next peek will return next
portion of data.
When non-peeking recvmsg occurs and the peeking offset is non negative
is is moved backward so that the next peek will still peek the proper
data (i.e. the one that would have been picked if there were no non
peeking recv in between).
The offset is set using per-proto opteration to let the protocol handle
the locking issues and to check whether the peeking offset feature is
supported by the protocol the socket belongs to.

lib: use generic pci_iomap on all architectures
Many architectures don't want to pull in iomap.c,
so they ended up duplicating pci_iomap from that file.
That function isn't trivial, and we are going to modify it
https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/11/14/183
so the duplication hurts.
This reduces the scope of the problem significantly,
by moving pci_iomap to a separate file and
referencing that from all architectures.

instead of all architectures. This will be helpful
for the follow-up patch which makes it select
other configs. Code is also a bit shorter this way.
