45bd1c5ba7 net: appletalk: Drop aarp_send_probe_phase1()
aarp_send_probe_phase1() used to work by calling ndo_do_ioctl of
appletalk drivers ltpc or cops, but these two drivers have been removed
since the following commits:
commit 03dcb90dbf ("net: appletalk: remove Apple/Farallon LocalTalk PC
support")
commit 00f3696f75 ("net: appletalk: remove cops support")

Thus aarp_send_probe_phase1() no longer works, so drop it. (found by
code inspection)

b63c755cb6 appletalk: Remove deadcode
alloc_ltalkdev in net/appletalk/dev.c is dead since
commit 00f3696f75 ("net: appletalk: remove cops support")

Removing it (and it's helper) leaves dev.c and if_ltalk.h empty;
remove them and the Makefile entry.

tun.c was including that if_ltalk.h but actually wanted
the uapi version for LTALK_ALEN, fix up the path.

2e82a58d6c appletalk: Improve handling of broadcast packets
When a broadcast AppleTalk packet is received, prefer queuing it on the
socket whose address matches the address of the interface that received
the packet (and is listening on the correct port). Userspace
applications that handle such packets will usually send a response on
the same socket that received the packet; this fix allows the response
to be sent on the correct interface.

If a socket matching the interface's address is not found, an arbitrary
socket listening on the correct port will be used, if any. This matches
the implementation's previous behavior.

Fixes atalkd's responses to network information requests when multiple
network interfaces are configured to use AppleTalk.

189ff16722 appletalk: Fix Use-After-Free in atalk_ioctl
Because atalk_ioctl() accesses sk->sk_receive_queue
without holding a sk->sk_receive_queue.lock, it can
cause a race with atalk_recvmsg().
A use-after-free for skb occurs with the following flow.
```
atalk_ioctl() -> skb_peek()
atalk_recvmsg() -> skb_recv_datagram() -> skb_free_datagram()
```
Add sk->sk_receive_queue.lock to atalk_ioctl() to fix this issue.

f4b41f062c net: remove noblock parameter from skb_recv_datagram()
skb_recv_datagram() has two parameters 'flags' and 'noblock' that are
merged inside skb_recv_datagram() by 'flags | (noblock ? MSG_DONTWAIT : 0)'

As 'flags' may contain MSG_DONTWAIT as value most callers split the 'flags'
into 'flags' and 'noblock' with finally obsolete bit operations like this:

skb_recv_datagram(sk, flags & ~MSG_DONTWAIT, flags & MSG_DONTWAIT, &rc);

And this is not even done consistently with the 'flags' parameter.

This patch removes the obsolete and costly splitting into two parameters
and only performs bit operations when really needed on the caller side.

One missing conversion thankfully reported by kernel test robot. I missed
to enable kunit tests to build the mctp code.

29c4964822 net: socket: rework compat_ifreq_ioctl()
compat_ifreq_ioctl() is one of the last users of copy_in_user() and
compat_alloc_user_space(), as it attempts to convert the 'struct ifreq'
arguments from 32-bit to 64-bit format as used by dev_ioctl() and a
couple of socket family specific interpretations.

The current implementation works correctly when calling dev_ioctl(),
inet_ioctl(), ieee802154_sock_ioctl(), atalk_ioctl(), qrtr_ioctl()
and packet_ioctl(). The ioctl handlers for x25, netrom, rose and x25 do
not interpret the arguments and only block the corresponding commands,
so they do not care.

For af_inet6 and af_decnet however, the compat conversion is slightly
incorrect, as it will copy more data than the native handler accesses,
both of them use a structure that is shorter than ifreq.

Replace the copy_in_user() conversion with a pair of accessor functions
to read and write the ifreq data in place with the correct length where
needed, while leaving the other ones to copy the (already compatible)
structures directly.

39935dccb2 appletalk: Fix skb allocation size in loopback case
If a DDP broadcast packet is sent out to a non-gateway target, it is
also looped back. There is a potential for the loopback device to have a
longer hardware header length than the original target route's device,
which can result in the skb not being created with enough room for the
loopback device's hardware header. This patch fixes the issue by
determining that a loopback will be necessary prior to allocating the
skb, and if so, ensuring the skb has enough room.

This was discovered while testing a new driver that creates a LocalTalk
network interface (LTALK_HLEN = 1). It caused an skb_under_panic.
