63f0abcb47 USB: usbip: Update USB/IP OP_REP_IMPORT documentation.
This is to correct the mistaken byte offset of the field bDeviceClass in
OP_REP_IMPORT documentation. The previous field bcdDevice has length 2 and
the offset for bDeviceClass should be 0x138 + 2 = 0x13A instead of 0x139.
Offsets for subsequent fields are also affected and fixed in this patch.

c26cee817f usb: gadget: f_fs: add capability for dfu functional descriptor
Add the ability for the USB FunctionFS (FFS) gadget driver to be able
to create Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU) functional descriptors. [1]

This patch allows implementation of DFU in userspace using the
FFS gadget. The DFU protocol uses the control pipe (ep0) for all
messaging so only the addition of the DFU functional descriptor
is needed in the kernel driver.

The DFU functional descriptor is written to the ep0 file along with
any other descriptors during FFS setup. DFU requires an interface
descriptor followed by the DFU functional descriptor.

This patch includes documentation of the added descriptor for DFU
and conversion of some existing documentation to kernel-doc format
so that it can be included in the generated docs.

An implementation of DFU 1.1 that implements just the runtime descriptor
using the FunctionFS gadget (with rebooting into u-boot for DFU mode)
has been tested on an i.MX8 Nano.

An implementation of DFU 1.1 that implements both runtime and DFU mode
using the FunctionFS gadget has been tested on Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+.
Note that for the best performance of firmware update file transfers, the
userspace program should respond as quick as possible to the setup packets.

43a029724d usb: gadget: f_fs: expose ready state in configfs
When a USB gadget is configured through configfs with 1 or more f_fs
functions, then the logic setting up the gadget configuration has to wait
until the user space code (typically separate applications) responsible for
those functions have written their descriptors before the gadget can be
activated.

The f_fs instance already knows if this has been done, so expose it through
a "ready" attribute in configfs for easier synchronization.

1900daeefd usb: gadget: ncm: Add support to update wMaxSegmentSize via configfs
The max segment size is currently limited to the ethernet frame length of
the kernel which happens to be 1514 at this point in time. However the NCM
specification limits it to 64K for sixtenn bit NTB's. For peer to peer
connections, increasing the segment size gives better throughput.

Add support to configure this value before configfs symlink is created.
Also since the NTB Out/In buffer sizes are fixed at 16384 bytes, limit the
segment size to an upper cap of 8000 to allow at least a minimum of 2 MTU
sized datagrams to be aggregated.

Set the default MTU size for the ncm interface during function bind before
network interface is registered allowing MTU to be set in parity with
wMaxSegmentSize.

Update gadget documentation describing the new configfs property.

de2eb28cdb usb: gadget: f_uac2: allow changing terminal types through configfs
Add "c_terminal_type" and "p_terminal_type" configfs entries
in order to allow the user to change the capture and playback terminal
type codes.

These fields affect the type of audio device that Windows detects, so
being able to modify this is useful when it would be advantageous for
a gadget to be detected as something other than a generic
speaker/microphone.

The fields default to microphone for the capture type field and speaker
for the playback type field as was the case before.

a85ff0db48 usb: gadget: midi2: More flexible MIDI 1.0 configuration
This patch allows users to set up MIDI 1.0 ports more flexibly.
Namely, instead of the fixed mapping only from FB 0, now multiple
block definitions are applied to build up the MIDI 1.0 mapping.

The each block config has midi1_first_group and midi1_num_groups
attributes, and those specify which Groups are used for MIDI 1.0.
Those fields must be within the UMP Groups defined in the block
itself.

7bf1c56a90 usb: gadget: uvc: Make bmControls attr read/write
For the Processing Unit and Camera Terminal descriptors defined in
the UVC Gadget we currently hard-code values into their bmControls
fields, which enumerates which controls the gadget is able to
support. This isn't appropriate since only the userspace companion

Make the configfs attributes that point to those fields read/write
so userspace can set them to appropriate values.
