BZ:https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1762

For structure Pcd, Its DatumType may be self-defined,
If the PCD DatumType format is incorrect,
this PCD DatumType error message is inappropriate.

This patch corrects the error message.
