Michael Kubacki 60053f3077 MinPlatformPkg/TestPointCheckLib: Remove unnecessary GetVariable2() call 
The data buffer returned from the GetVariable2() call in
TestPointCheckMemoryTypeInformation() is not actually used or freed.

This change removes the unnecessary function call.
