Add feature enable PCD. Use MinPlatformPkg build include files. Fix PEI_COR typo in PEI handler lib. Build StatusCodeHandler components with unique filename GUID. Add PreMemory.fdf and PostMemory.fdf include files. Improve Readme formatting and feature enabling checklist.
