* Update 'Boot with Linux Payload' documentation
- Updated the page to add more details on the kernel and initramfs,
so that the result is reproducible by the user
- Added new prebuilt binaries for Linux and Busybox initramfs
- Added documentation on PXE Boot using Linux + U-Root
