Mate Kukri 5c769ab711 util/intelmetool: Print the address in map_physical errors in hex 
Previously the incorrect 'd' format specifier was used despite the '0x'
prefix implying hex to the user.

Konrad Adamczyk d6b4db159b util: Use common ARRAY_SIZE define 
Remove duplicated definitions of ARRAY_SIZE macro across util/ dir.
Instead of duplicates, use the one from commonlib/bsd/helpers.h file.

Damien Zammit f4491e73ca intelmetool: Consolidate all model support from upstream 
Some of the older chipsets that are known not to have ME at all
were removed for some reason, add them back in.

Also some newer chipsets/ME models were missing, add them in.

Damien Zammit f0a9128424 intelmetool: Use GPLv2+ where possible 
Upstream intelmetool is out of date; I suggest I archive it
instead of trying to merge coreboot's changes into it.

However I would like to preserve the licensing of files in the tool
as GPLv2+ where possible instead of GPLv2-only.
