Devang Patel 3e15bf33e0 Use 'static const char' instead of 'static const int'. 
Due to darwin gcc bug, one version of darwin linker coalesces
static const int, which defauts PassID based pass identification.

Chris Lattner 58092e35a3 Teach TargetData to handle 'preferred' alignment for each target, and use 
these alignment amounts to align scalars when we can.  Patch by Scott Michel!

Owen Anderson 07000c6f01 Refactor a bunch of includes so that TargetMachine.h doesn't have to include 
TargetData.h.  This should make recompiles a bit faster with my current
TargetData tinkering.

Owen Anderson a69571c799 Refactor TargetMachine, pushing handling of TargetData into the target-specific subclasses. This has one caller-visible change: getTargetData() now returns a pointer instead of a reference. 
This fixes PR 759.
