413d3ee69f compile java files with ant for incremental builds 
Meson doesn't support incremental builds for java, so delegate the java
compilation to Ant if available.

ab114245bd ContentProvider: wrap in try/catch 
Errors thrown here shouldn't be fatal, the app will often work just fine
without any ContentProviders (especially a mostly-native app probably
only uses them for ads)
