jpolo1224 45b4b68d10 ARM64: Preserve microVU PQ lanes for EFU scalar ops ...

Port macOS commit 18159b61b5 to the iOS source layout.

AArch64 scalar FP writes zero the upper vector lanes, unlike x86 SSE scalar ops. Keep the other PQ lanes intact for EFU P-pipe ops to avoid broken geometry such as MGS2 polygons.
