ARMSX PROPRIETARY LICENSE

1. Proprietary ownership
|
|
|
|
ARMSX-specific source code, documentation, artwork, branding, binaries, and
|
|
other material for which Moon owns the applicable copyright or has authority
|
|
to license it ("Moon Materials") are proprietary and confidential works owned
|
|
by Moon.
|
|
|
|
2. No permission granted
|
|
|
|
No license or permission is granted to use, execute, copy, reproduce, modify,
|
|
adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, publish, display,
|
|
distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, host, transmit, create derivative works
|
|
from, or commercially exploit any Moon Materials.
|
|
|
|
Any such action requires Moon's prior express written permission and is
|
|
subject to a separate written agreement signed by Moon. Possession of or
|
|
access to the Moon Materials does not grant any rights, whether by implication,
|
|
estoppel, or otherwise.
|
|
|
|
3. Reservation of rights
|
|
|
|
All rights not expressly granted in a separate written agreement signed by
|
|
Moon are reserved. No patent, trademark, trade-name, logo, branding, or other
|
|
intellectual-property rights are granted. "ARMSX", Moon branding, and
|
|
associated logos may not be used without Moon's prior express written
|
|
permission.
|
|
|
|
4. Excluded and third-party material
|
|
|
|
This proprietary license applies only to Moon Materials. It does not claim
|
|
ownership of, relicense, restrict, or supersede material owned by Allkern,
|
|
Lisandro Alarcon, other contributors, or third parties.
|
|
|
|
The upstream psxe material previously distributed under the MIT License
|
|
remains under that license, which is preserved in
|
|
LICENSES/UPSTREAM-MIT.txt. Files under third_party/, bundled frameworks, and
|
|
files containing their own copyright or license notices remain governed by
|
|
their respective licenses. Recipients must comply with all applicable
|
|
third-party notices.
|
|
|
|
5. No warranty
|
|
|
|
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MOON MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS
|
|
IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MOON DISCLAIMS ALL
|
|
EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
|
|
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
|
|
PERMITTED BY LAW, MOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
|
|
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE
|
|
MOON MATERIALS OR THEIR USE.
|
|
|

6. Permission requests
|
|
|
|
Any requested access or use must be authorized by Moon in a separate written
|
|
agreement signed by Moon before that access or use occurs.
|
