Subject: [PATCH] Verified HDMI output using default configuration

Used externally-powered portable monitor GeChic 1301i, which is a touchscreen monitor.
If the USB data connection is made to the TERES, the onboard keyboard/mouse stop responding; the touchscreen functions do not respond, either.
