* Add gxl blobs

As found following directions at https://github.com/BayLibre/u-boot

For building mainline u-boot without cloning entire vendor tree.

* add missed file

* import from vendor

* add executable bits

* add executable bits

* Create readme.txt

document where the blobs come from

* NanoPi K2 blobs

* Add aml-user-key.sig

Add the key found in board/amlogic/gxb_nanopi_k2/aml-user-key.sig

* Revert "Add aml-user-key.sig"

This reverts commit bf437130b4.

File not needed, u-boot.bin.sd.bin was not being
generated due to a scripting error.
