c25a785d66 score: fix off-by-one index into syscall table
If the provided system call number is equal to __NR_syscalls, the
current check will pass and a function pointer just after the system
call table may be called, since sys_call_table is an array with total
size __NR_syscalls.

Whether or not this is a security bug depends on what the compiler puts
immediately after the system call table. It's likely that this won't do
anything bad because there is an additional NULL check on the syscall
entry, but if there happens to be a non-NULL value immediately after the
system call table, this may result in local privilege escalation.

9f13a1fd45 cpu: Register a generic CPU device on architectures that currently do not
frv, h8300, m68k, microblaze, openrisc, score, um and xtensa currently

which causes a generic CPU device to be registered for each present CPU,

lib: use generic pci_iomap on all architectures

Many architectures don't want to pull in iomap.c,
so they ended up duplicating pci_iomap from that file.
That function isn't trivial, and we are going to modify it
https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/11/14/183
so the duplication hurts.

This reduces the scope of the problem significantly,
by moving pci_iomap to a separate file and
referencing that from all architectures.

0ee332c145 memblock: Kill early_node_map[]
Now all ARCH_POPULATES_NODE_MAP archs select HAVE_MEBLOCK_NODE_MAP -
there's no user of early_node_map[] left. Kill early_node_map[] and
replace ARCH_POPULATES_NODE_MAP with HAVE_MEMBLOCK_NODE_MAP. Also,
relocate for_each_mem_pfn_range() and helper from mm.h to memblock.h
as page_alloc.c would no longer host an alternative implementation.

This change is ultimately one to one mapping and shouldn't cause any
observable difference; however, after the recent changes, there are
some functions which now would fit memblock.c better than page_alloc.c
and dependency on HAVE_MEMBLOCK_NODE_MAP instead of HAVE_MEMBLOCK
doesn't make much sense on some of them. Further cleanups for
functions inside HAVE_MEMBLOCK_NODE_MAP in mm.h would be nice.

-v2: Fix compile bug introduced by mis-spelling
 CONFIG_HAVE_MEMBLOCK_NODE_MAP to CONFIG_MEMBLOCK_HAVE_NODE_MAP in
 mmzone.h. Reported by Stephen Rothwell.

5ca43f6c3b lib: consolidate DEBUG_STACK_USAGE option
Most arches define CONFIG_DEBUG_STACK_USAGE exactly the same way. Move it
to lib/Kconfig.debug so each arch doesn't have to define it. This
obviously makes the option generic, but that's fine because the config is
already used in generic code.

It's not obvious to me that sysrq-P actually does anything caution by
keeping the most inclusive wording.

6a108a14fa kconfig: rename CONFIG_EMBEDDED to CONFIG_EXPERT
The meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the option
is used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope than
only small devices.

This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixes
references to the option throughout the kernel. A new CONFIG_EMBEDDED
option is added that automatically selects CONFIG_EXPERT when enabled and
can be used in the future to isolate options that should only be
considered for embedded systems (RISC architectures, SLOB, etc).

Calling the option "EXPERT" more accurately represents its intention: only
expert users who understand the impact of the configuration changes they
are making should enable it.
