After m68k's task_thread_info() doesn't refer to current,
it's possible to remove sched.h from interrupt.h and not break m68k!
Many thanks to Heiko Carstens for allowing this.

In general in this file, it is the status field, not the state field, that
contains values like OPEN and CLOSED. Indeed, in the first error case, it
is the field status that is initialized. I have thus assumed that all of
the error handling code should be the same, and moved it to the end of the
function to emphasize its commonality.

This patch converts the remaining occurences of raw return values to their
symbolic counterparts in ndo_start_xmit() functions that were missed by the
previous automatic conversion.
Additionally code that assumed the symbolic value of NETDEV_TX_OK to be zero
is changed to explicitly use NETDEV_TX_OK.

This patch is the result of an automatic spatch transformation to convert
all ndo_start_xmit() return values of 0 to NETDEV_TX_OK.
Some occurences are missed by the automatic conversion, those will be
handled in a seperate patch.

Convert magic values 1 and -1 to NETDEV_TX_BUSY and NETDEV_TX_LOCKED respectively.
0 (NETDEV_TX_OK) is not changed to keep the noise down, except in very few cases
where its in direct proximity to one of the other values.

Currently, tmspci tokenring driver crashes on device initialization
because it requests its irq before initializing corresponding data
structures. Fix this by moving request_irq call to a safer place.
