4186c4e6eb Input: wacom - switch mode upon system resume
commit 014f61504a upstream.

When Wacom devices wake up from a sleep, the switch mode command
(wacom_query_tablet_data) is needed before wacom_open is called.
wacom_query_tablet_data should not be executed inside wacom_open
since wacom_open is called more than once during probe.

cb53e875e1 Input: wacom - ensure the device is initialized properly upon resume
commit 232f5693e5 upstream.

Call wacom_query_tablet_data() from wacom_resume() so the device will be
switched to Wacom mode upon resume. Devices that require this are: regular
tablets and two finger touch devices.

461eb3f6b3 Input: i8042 - add Gigabyte M1022M to the noloop list
commit a61cd03827 upstream.

Gigabyte netbook model M1022M requires i8042.noloop, otherwise AUX port
will not detected and the touchpad will not work. Unfortunately chassis
type in DMI set to "Other" and thus generic laptop entry does not fire
on it.

f6278f11ca Input: i8042 - remove identification strings from DMI tables
commit f909b1df0a upstream.

The driver does not reference identification strings in DMI tables and
since these strings are no longer required by DMI core we can safely
remove them and save some memory.

04daa51ee4 Input: ALPS - add interleaved protocol support (Dell E6x00 series)
commit 1d9f26262a upstream

Properly handle version of the protocol where standard PS/2 packets
from trackpoint are stuffed into middle (byte 3-6) of the standard
ALPS packets when both the touchpad and trackpoint are used together.

The patch is based on work done by Matthew Chapman and additional
research done by David Kubicek and Erik Osterholm:

	https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/296610

Many thanks to David Kubicek for his efforts in researching fine points
of this new version of the protocol, especially interaction between pad
and stick in these models.

commit 4a18b3ab6e upstream.

Sentelic probes confuse IBM trackpoints so they stop responding to
TP_READ_ID command. See:

Let's move FSP detection lower so it is probed after trackpoint and
others, just before we strat probing for Intellimouse Explorer.

0698989d77 Input: psmouse - fix breakage introduced by b7802c5c1e
Commit b7802c5c1e ("Input: psmouse - use boolean type") caused the
synaptics_hardware variable to be completely useless, as it is
constantly set to 'true' throughout the whole psmouse_extensions().
This was caused by the following hunk in the commit in question

	-       int synaptics_hardware = 0;
	+       bool synaptics_hardware = true;

which is wrong and causes driver to issue extra reset when falling
back to bare PS/2 protocol.

Even though input core tells us to restore LED state and repeat rate

In these cases we still need to restore state ourselves.

bf3204cbff Input: fix locking in memoryless force-feedback devices
Now that input core acquires dev->event_lock spinlock and disables
interrupts when propagating input events, using spin_lock_bh() in
ff-memless driver is not allowed. Actually, the timer_lock itself
is not needed anymore, we should simply use dev->event_lock
as well.

Also do a small cleanup in force-feedback core.

e57130698f Input: atkbd - add a quirk for OQO 01+ multimedia keys
OQO 01+ multimedia keys produce 6x on press, e0 6x upon release.
As a result, Linux thinks that another key has been pressed (or is
repeating), when it is actually a release of the same key. Mangle the
release scancode when running on OQO so that driver recognizes it as
such.

Since the device does not have external PS/2 ports mangling is safe
since there is no chance that an external keyboard is connected.
