The Kconfig symbol S5P_SETUP_MIPIPHY was removed in v3.13. Remove a
reference to its macro from a list of Kconfig options.

This device is close to Kworld UB435-Q, but it uses a different
tuner. Add support for it.
Tested with both 8VSB and 256QAM modulations.

Add support for the Trident DRX-J driver, including a card profile for the
PCTV 80e which uses the chip.
Thanks to Trident for allowing the release of this code under a BSD license,
and of course Hauppauge/PCTV for pushing for its release to the community.

During the last media summit meeting it was decided to move this driver to
staging as the first step to removing it altogether.
Most webcams covered by this driver are now supported by gspca. Nobody has the
hardware to convert the remaining devices to gspca.
This driver needs a major overhaul to have it conform to the latest frameworks
and compliancy tests.
Without hardware, however, this is next to impossible. Given the fact that
this driver seems to be pretty much unused (it has been removed from Fedora
several versions ago and nobody complained about that), we decided to drop
this driver.
This patch moves it to staging. Some time in 2014 we will drop it completely.

This adds a very simplistic driver to utilize the CSI2A interface inside
the ISS subsystem in OMAP4, and dump the data to memory.
Check Documentation/video4linux/omap4_camera.txt for details.
This commit adds the driver core, registers definitions and
documentation.

functionality of the Si476x series of chips via the V4L2 subsystem.
