The tc35815-mac platform device used a pci bus number and a devfn to
identify its target device, but the pci bus number may vary if some
bus-bridges are found. Use irq number which is be unique for embedded
controllers.

Convert jmr3927_clock_event_device to more generic
txx9tmr_clock_event_device which supports one-shot mode. The
txx9tmr_clock_event_device can be used for TX49 too if the cp0 timer
interrupt was not available.
Convert jmr3927_hpt_read to txx9_clocksource driver which does not
depends jiffies anymore. The txx9_clocksource itself can be used for
TX49, but normally TX49 uses higher precision clocksource_mips.

The rtc-rs5c348 SPI driver name doesn't match its module name, which
prevents it from properly hotplugging. There is only one in-tree user
of its driver, which is fixed by this patch too.

* Use platform_device to provide ethernet addresses for internal NICs.
(background: TX49XX SoCs include PCI NIC (TC35815 compatible)
connected via its internal PCI bus, but the NIC's PROM interface is
not connected to SEEPROM. So we must provide its ethernet address
by another way.)

Use rtc-rs5c348 and at25 spi protocol driver and spi_txx9 spi
controller driver instead of platform dependent codes.
This patch also removes dependencies to old RTC interfaces such as
rtc_mips_get_time, etc.

GPIO 0..15 are for TX4938 PIO pins, GPIO 16..18 are for FPGA-driven
chipselect signals for SPI devices.

This patch lets RBTX49XX boards use generic platform_driver interface
for the ne driver.
* Use platform_device to pass ioaddr and irq to the ne driver.
* Remove unnecessary ifdefs for RBTX49XX from the ne driver.
* Make the ne driver selectable on these boards regardless of CONFIG_ISA
