Roberto Sassu d4b1c3b5ec smack: Set SMACK64TRANSMUTE only for dirs in smack_inode_setxattr() ...

Since the SMACK64TRANSMUTE xattr makes sense only for directories, enforce
this restriction in smack_inode_setxattr().
