spi: Add driver for IMG SPFI controller

Browse Source 
Add support for the Synchronous Peripheral Flash Interface (SPFI) master
controller found on IMG SoCs.  The SPFI controller supports 5 chip-select
lines and single/dual/quad mode SPI transfers.
