41d4613b37 tools/vm/page-types.c: print file offset in hexadecimal 
In page list mode (with -l and -L option), virtual address and physical
address are printed in hexadecimal, but file offset is not, which is
confusing, so let's align it.

a62f5ecbfb tools/vm/page-types.c: make walk_file() aware of address range option 
Patch series "tools/vm/page-types.c: a few improvements".

This patchset adds some improvements on tools/vm/page-types.c.  Patch
1/3 makes -a option (specify address range) work with -f (file cache
mode).  Patch 2/3 and 3/3 are to fix minor formatting issues of this
tool.  These would make life a little easier for the users of this tool.

Please see individual patches for more details about specific issues.

This patch (of 3):

-a|--addr option is used to limit the range of address to be scanned for
page status.  It works now for physical address space (dafult mode) or for
virtual address space (with -p option), but not for file address space
(with -f option).  So make walk_file() aware of -a option.

f7df2b1cf0 tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c: count and sort by mem 
When viewing page owner information, we may be more concerned about the
total memory rather than the times of stack appears.  Therefore, the
following adjustments are made:

1. Added the statistics on the total number of pages.

2. Added the optional parameter "-m" to configure the program to sort by
   memory (total pages).

The general output of page_owner is as follows:

	Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	PFN XXX ...
	 // Detailed stack

	Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	PFN XXX ...
	 // Detailed stack

The original page_owner_sort ignores PFN rows, puts the remaining rows
in buf, counts the times of buf, and finally sorts them according to the
times.  General output:

	XXX times:
	Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	 // Detailed stack

Now, we use regexp to extract the page order value from the buf, and
count the total pages for the buf.  General output:

	XXX times, XXX pages:
	Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	 // Detailed stack

By default, it is still sorted by the times of buf; If you want to sort
by the pages nums of buf, use the new -m parameter.

ebaeab2fe8 tools/vm/page-types: remove dependency on opt_file for idle page tracking 
Idle page tracking can also be used for process address space, not only
file mappings.

Without this change, using with '-i' option for process address space
encounters below errors reported.

4beba9486a mm: Add PG_arch_2 page flag 
For arm64 MTE support it is necessary to be able to mark pages that
contain user space visible tags that will need to be saved/restored e.g.
when swapped out.

To support this add a new arch specific flag (PG_arch_2). This flag is
only available on 64-bit architectures due to the limited number of
spare page flags on the 32-bit ones.

To see a sorted result from page_owner, there must be a tiresome
preprocessing step before running page_owner_sort.  This patch simply
filters out lines which start with "PFN" while reading the page owner
report.

cf01699ee2 tools/vm: fix cross-compile build 
Commit 7ed1c1901f ("tools: fix cross-compile var clobbering") moved
the setup of the CC variable to tools/scripts/Makefile.include to make
the behavior consistent across all the tools Makefiles.

As the vm tools missed the include we end up with the wrong CC in a
cross-compiling evironment.

e25974aa72 tools/vm/slabinfo: fix sanity checks enabling 
The sysfs file name for enabling sanity checking is called
'sanity_checks' and not 'sanity'.

The name of the file has never changed since the introduction of the
slub allocator.  Obviously, most people turn the checks on via the
command line option and not during runtime using slabinfo.

1106b205a3 tools/vm/slabinfo: add partial slab listing to -X 
We would like to see how fragmented the SLUB allocator is, one window into
fragmentation is the total number of partial slabs.

Currently `slabinfo -X` shows slabs sorted by loss and by size.  We can
use this option to also show slabs sorted by number of partial slabs.

Option '-X' can be used in conjunction with '-N' to control the number of
slabs shown e.g.  list of top 5 slabs:

	slabinfo -X -N5

Add list of slabs ordered by number of partial slabs to output of
`slabinfo -X`.

d914999689 tools/vm/slabinfo: order command line options 
During recent discussion on LKML over SLAB vs SLUB it was suggested by
Jesper that it would be nice to have a tool to view the current
fragmentation of the slab allocators.  CC list for this set is taken
from that thread.

For SLUB we have all the information for this already exposed by the
kernel and also we have a userspace tool for displaying this info:

	tools/vm/slabinfo.c

Extend slabinfo to improve the fragmentation information by enabling
sorting of caches by number of partial slabs.

Also add cache list sorted in this manner to the output of `slabinfo -X`.

This patch (of 4):

get_opt() has a spurious character within the option string.  Remove it
and reorder the options in alphabetic order so that it is easier to keep
the options correct.  Use the same ordering for command help output and
long option handling code.

ca215086b1 mm: convert PG_balloon to PG_offline 
PG_balloon was introduced to implement page migration/compaction for
pages inflated in virtio-balloon.  Nowadays, it is only a marker that a
page is part of virtio-balloon and therefore logically offline.

We also want to make use of this flag in other balloon drivers - for
inflated pages or when onlining a section but keeping some pages offline
(e.g.  used right now by XEN and Hyper-V via set_online_page_callback()).

We are going to expose this flag to dump tools like makedumpfile.  But
instead of exposing PG_balloon, let's generalize the concept of marking
pages as logically offline, so it can be reused for other purposes later
on.

Rename PG_balloon to PG_offline.  This is an indicator that the page is
logically offline, the content stale and that it should not be touched
(e.g.  a hypervisor would have to allocate backing storage in order for
the guest to dump an unused page).  We can then e.g.  exclude such pages
from dumps.

We replace and reuse KPF_BALLOON (23), as this shouldn't really harm
(and for now the semantics stay the same).  In following patches, we
will make use of this bit also in other balloon drivers.  While at it,
document PGTABLE.

b6fb87b8e3 tools/vm/page-types.c: fix "kpagecount returned fewer pages than expected" failures 
Because kpagecount_read() fakes success if map counts are not being
collected, clamp the page count passed to it by walk_pfn() to the pages
value returned by the preceding call to kpageflags_read().
