Jeffy Chen adc896cfa3 hook: Support setting default winsys for eglGetDisplay() ...

Tested on RK3588 EVB with:
1/ Set MALI_DEFAULT_WINSYS env to gbm/wayland/x11.
2/ Check eglGetDisplay() and eglInitialize().
