For some reason, Markdown's enumerated lists are awful to deal with. This caused the (1. 2. 3.) list on docs.armbian.com to show up as (1. 1. 1.) This fix doesn't look right on GitHub but *should* render correctly on the site itself.

Removing the footnote 2 changed the width of the table, making this
change look much bigger than it was. Headline above was only change
to table.
I did remove footnote 2 altogether, since Werner did send the board to
rpardini as confirmed in IRC today. Then moved footnote 3 up to 2.
