Many less links this time around. However I want to note the various
reasons there were still some broken links:
In some cases, it was because httpS is not supported on some sites
where I might have expected it to be (Sourceforge, etc.) and were
(perhaps too optimistically) changed in last (mass) http to httpS
update.
In other cases, previously updated links needed to be updated to their
final redirect location, which could not be seen (easily) until the
changes went live.
In other cases, there were more than one link to same site with the
same problem, and I had only searched for one link on the page (and
thus missed the others).
And finally, in at least one case (F3) it appears the site already
went down in the meantime.
All of above cases should now be remedied. However I do plan on
running the link checker (at least) one more time again once this
latest batch of changes go live, just to make sure.
There were a few small hobbyist/user sites (sharing pastes), also
http://cubieboard.org that I tested and would not work with httpS, so
I left those alone. Also any apt repositories or archives.
I did not necessarily test every single link (would have taken all
day), however if it appeared to be to a "reasonably large"
website (i.e., WikiPedia, Armbian, Odroid, linux-sunxi, etc.) then I
assumed they should be able to manage httpS.
Also a few other minor formatting changes, and moved a couple things, while I was at it. Importantly however, I did not change the name of any headings, so as not to break any existing links.

- Added H6 to supported chips. I have no clue about the other SoC families if there were changes.

The "how to unbrick" section needs a complete rework since the package names and so on meanwhile changed again.
