fix: Softy netstat error ( #203 )
...
alive_port() used `netstat` to determine if a port is active prior to
installing the software using that port, but `netstat` is no longer
installed by default in Armbian. This fix uses its replacement,
ss (socket statistics).
Tested on Orange Pi PC+ 2E.
