Adjust configuration, merge with general purpose armv7 Fedora kernel, remove deprecated patch, move coherent_pool and cma to boot script

atomic_pool_size can be controlled by kernel cmdline,
coherent_pool=nn[KMG] [ARM,KNL]
then use this parameter to replace the patch.
