Matthias Reichl a4baaced3e dvbhdhomerun: drop unused, broken package

The dvbhdhomerun kernel driver has been broken for almost 4 years and
isn't used by LE builds since 7.90.001 - see
https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/183

As no one complained about it let's drop the package.
