Matthias Reichl 91be0b98e4 RPi: excplicitly end overlay scope in distroconfig.txt ...

This ensures dt parameters like dtparam=audio=on which appear
after "include distroconfig" are applied to the base dt instead
of the last dtoverlay loaded in distroconfig.
